I was in a car accident. I crashed into the person in front of me because I was not paying attention. When i crashed I bumped my chestedinto the steering wheel. Initally I didnt feel pain but after a week I feel pain. Please someone help me, I went to the doctor and he said everything looks fine. But, the pain hasnt gone away now for several days.

It could be a deep bruise but if the pain continues to get worse go to the er. You could have bruised the heart muscle which can be dangerous.

If he took x-rays, and nothing showed, then you may have bruised ribs. The pain should lessen after a few days. If not then check back with the doctor.

All cars these days have Air-Bags to Stop you before hand.
