er - zeus is a real god? or thor or odin or krishna, etc?
Denying God makes someone an atheist, not denying make believe people. Why not ask if you reject Superman and Clark Kent, what does that make you? I mean, can you really prove that Superman does NOT exist? - but wait - nobody ever denies the existence of Superman - the atheists never try to challenge his existence - I wonder why not? Do these atheists know something that I don't??? Hmmmmm.

Interesting question. I'm probably in the vast minority here. Having grown up near the volcano of Kilauea, I definitely believe in Pele, as well as many of the ancient Hawaiian / Maori gods and goddesses. That being the case, I don't have reason to be atheistic about other pagan traditions either. I have reverence for the ancient gods and goddesses. But I don't worship them or devote my life to them, simply because I think that they are "lesser" gods. I think there is a greater God, and I think that God is revealed in the person of Christ.
Peace to you.

for many atheists, sure. Believing faith to do greater harm than good, they think of it charity to decrease such off from God's glory. for many others, sure by using fact they are sadists who rejoice with it. on an identical time as that's not a question, no, people are not misrepresenting the assumption of evolution or biology to pull Christians faraway from God lots as by using fact those in touch merely don't comprehend them or think of it humorous to look like an fool. word that I consult from people. additionally, might desire to you cite greater desirable examples of this? the assumption of evolution, biologics and so on. are not fibs; they are disciplines. particular fibs might revolve around those, yet as they stand they at the instant are not fibs.

I'm a polytheistic atheist by definition. But never a monotheist, whatever that means. I believe in no G-d, no gods/goddesses, but many gods/goddesses.

Atheism is the belief that there is no God. Since Christians believe there is a God, they are not atheists, by definition.
Refusal to call something "god" that is not God is not atheism.
Your argument would be like saying if an atheist can not enumerate all the "gods" he or she does not believe in, then that person is really a theist.

Atheism is a complete lack of any type of deirty in any way shape or form known to man, above man, over man, through man or about man.
If one diety exist in any way, known to man, then it is not Atheism, since we Christians do believe in God and that Jesus is God in the flesh, then it is Not Atheism.

Christians believe in one God.
Christians also believe that there are other gods that do not deserve worship.
