A lot of people make it like the classic green bean casserole, substituting chopped brocolli. I've also had it where the brocolli is mixed with a basic white sauce, with cheese added, then topped with seasoned bread crumbs and a little butter, and baked.

The recipe I was given by my Great-Aunt (who did a lot of cooking in her day for her Garden Clubs, Senior Centers, Bridge Club, etc.) is as follows:
Place a layer of steamed broccoli in the bottom of a casserole dish. Top it with a layer of cut up cooked chicken. Top that with a mixture of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c mayonnaise, 2 tsp curry and white pepper. Spread that evenly across the chicken. Then place a layer of shredded cheddar or cojack cheese over the soup mix. Then place a layer of bread crumbs over that and dot with butter. Bake in a 350º oven for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly. It is very good. Naturally you could substitute turkey in the recipe for the chicken.
