Four days in the fridge, minimum! Take it out of the freezer NOW! If it's still a little frozen on Thursday let it soak in cold water before cooking!

The general rule of thumb is to give it a day for every 5 pounds of turkey. So 25 lbs of bird will probably take about five days to thaw.

I would take it out RIGHT NOW to go into the fridge for Thursday. Mine is 22 lbs and it went in the fridge this morning. Keep in mind it will keep about 3-4 days thawed in the fridge once it's completely thawed so you can't have it out too early at this time. It's the pits to try to get the "innards" like the giblets and neck out when the entrances are frozen shut.
