My pancakes are dry sorta and seem to be flaky. What am I not using enough of.

Dry and flaky or wet and flaky? If they are dry, then it is likely they don't have enough moisture, so add more milk or water. If they are wet (or moist) then add more oil.

Not using enough liquid. Make sure you have egg in your pancakes as well but it sounds like there just isn't enough liquid.

Ur pancakes are flaky & falling apart because u r putting either 2 much milk or H20 in them.




ps.if u put just a few spoonfuls of sugar it will taste like some relly good pancakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!: } : )
