i got up yesterday morning to feed and water her she would not eat are drink water but about 2 hours later she drank a bowl of water and continued to drink water for the rest of the day and she also had some eye buggers now today she is vomiting (about 2 times since this morning) and has only drank 1 time she has not been wormed since she was 8 weeks old (shes almost 4 months now) she has had diarrhea and i found some worms in it could the worms be way she is sick and would they cause these symptoms?

Your puppy needs to go to the vet. Diarrhea can cause dehydration that can kill your puppy. Go to the vet now.

You don't say anything about her shots she should have had 4 sets and a rabies shot by now and she should have been dewormed with each shot if she is this sick for her health you need to take her to a vet to see what kind of worms she has and then treat her if you don't know the type of worms you will not know what wormier to get

The worms could definitely be the reason she is sick. I'd say take her to the vet as soon as you can. Worms could kill her if not taken care of soon.

you need to take her the vet immeditly before the worms get in to the dogs heart.

If she has worms, she has to get to a vet ASAP and get medication.
