Why do I have to tell you that butt bleeding is a bad, bad thing?
If your butt was bleeding wouldn't you go to a doctor. Wouldn't you RUN to a doctor?

YOU CAN TAKE HIM TO THE VET TO HELP HIM! DUH
It almost sounds as if he had an allergic reaction to the "medicine" you put into him; as if he was poisoned. If you are so "concerned," then get off your lazy butt and stop wasting time on the computer talking to unqualified strangers! Get that dog to the vet NOW! It is his RIGHT BY LAW to receive proper medical care and to deny it is abuse. So put your money where your mouth is and take him TO THE VET! Stop being cheap. Financial responsibility is part of pet ownership. If your regular (that's a laugh) vet is not available then take him to an emergency vet. But don't wait.
And don't whine and say you "can't afford it." If you can afford a monthly cell phone bill, a new pair of shoes, or a pizza, then you can afford a visit to the vet. It's all a question of priorities. Get a second job if you have to, but get both dogs to the vet. You need to have your other dog checked as well. And stop poisoning creatures with noxious home remedies or over-the-counter medicines unless your dog has been diagnosed with a certain KIND of worm (there are more than one!) and you know what you're doing.
Get him to the vet; don't let him stay miserable for hours. Remember what it was like when you had the stomach flu?!

Hello; Pam the puppy lady here! There are many causes for your dogs symtoms. It could be worms, of which there are many varieties. These are hard to treat with over the counter medications, as none of these will kill every kind of worm. If the worms that you saw looked like peices of rice, it is likely tapeworms. If they looked like spaghetti, it is likely large roundworms, if they looked like cooked ramen noodles...small roundworms. They are also microscopic parasites and disease that could be involved. If you are financially unable to take your dog to the vet; call around and find a vet that will allow you to bring in a stool sample for analysis. Ask that it be screened for parasites, including coccidia, and also ask that a Parvo test be done. This is less expensive than an office call. Just take a small plastic bag, turn it inside out, grab some of the dogs stool, turn the bag right side out and get it to a vet within 2 hrs.
Your dogs could have more than one of the above conditions. They could easily be life threatening. A vet visit is highly recommended.
When a dog is experiencing watery stools and vomiting, withold food for 24 hrs. Force fluids every 2-3hrs. Pedialyte is good to replace the lost electrolytes caused by the loss of bodily fluids. Most pharmacies carry medication syringes for children (bulb type) behind the counter. Ours give them out for free. Keep giving lots of fluid. Whether the dogs vomit, get diarrhea, whatever; keep pushing the fluids.
In summary, I strongly urge you to see a veterinarian ASAP. When you noticed the stool "stunk real bad", that, unfortunately, is a very bad sign.
I wish you the best with your dogs. If I can be of any further help, feel free to email me!

Chicken bones are very dangerous for an animal to digest. All it takes is one little splinter to cut him somewhere during the digestion process. Blood coming from his anus could suggest internal bleeding. If it continues, gets worse, or he vomits blood, that would really indicate internal bleeding and would be come an immediate veterinary emergency. As it stands now, yes, he got quite sick. Every hour that goes by that he's not vomiting or having diarrhea or blood is a good sign. It doesn't mean he's out of the woods, as he could have internal bleeding that isn't leaving his body. I would recommend calling your vet and explaining the situation. Tell them you cannot bring him in, and they should be able to offer you suggestions on what to watch for, and what to do for now. Follow those instructions carefully and even if he stops vomiting or the diarrhea, he should still go to the vet to ensure he's not cut inside.

There is nothing you can do at home other than get to a vet asap, sounds like parvo to me, symptoms are all there, have your dogs had their shots? It's highly contagious to other unvaccinated dogs so you need to get both to the vet now, that dog will be dead in a matter of days if you don't get vet care, there is nothing you can do, nothing.

If you can't get him to an emergency vet, check out this web site and see if the vet on call can answer your question and recommend what you should do. Good luck, I pray all will be well with both dogs. This site is free.

Anytime there a sudden change in your dog's behavior or health - take him/her to the vet.
Depending on the kind of parasite will matter. Some can cause great destruction in the body and can be fatal.
Go to emergency!

Have either of them been to the vet? Worms are very serious and they need to be on medication to treat them.
Blood coming from the butt is very serious, take him to the vet ASAP.

Would you come on answers and ask the same question if YOU had those symptoms....no. Most likely you'd go to the ER.
Same thing here...take your dog to the vet. That's the best thing you can do for him.
