I remember getting a gift bag filled of body products! Miniature, shampoos, soaps, lotions, body scrubs, etc. Kind of like a spa day package!

You know my favorite ideas of all time are useful stuff. Especially if the wedding has a theme. A friend gave us LL Bean tote bags with a towel, some sunscreen and a gift card to Sunglass hut for her wedding in Florida. It was great. Stuff we could immediately use.
Godiva chocolate or individual gifts for the person. For example I have a big video game fan. She'd love a new video game but some girls love Bath and Body Works scents. Others find scents allergic.

Not bath products.
1. people like me are allergic to them
2. scents are very personal. My sister loves stuff like freesia...I can't stand it!
3. I don't have time to soak in baths and play with stuff like fizzy balls. When people give me gift bags with those things it just screams "I don't really know you or care enough to try and find a gift you would like so here's a bunch of crap you must like since you have boobies"
Tailor the gifts to each girl instead of doing some blanket gift bag. It shows much more effort on your part. You should definately include a pair of comfy shoes for the reception like flipflops.

I would say stuff from bath and body works. I love their hand creams and lotions! You could also put bath salts in it too. For girls with long hair you could give them an assortment of Barret's and bows or whatever you think they would like. For girls with short hair you could give them hairbrushes and lipstick cases. I would love to get this stuff for a gift. You just never seem to have enough! I never do!

The idea behind the gift, is to thank your attendants. You should give them something that they would like.
And it should be something that they can keep forever, to remember being a part of a friends special day.
Perhaps, you should re-think your position on jewelry. Just because you don't like jewelry, doesn't mean that they don't.
I still have the jewelry given to me by my friend, for being her brides-maid, over 35 years ago, and I treasure it. She passed away 3 years ago.

I went to Things Remembered and got several heart shaped silver jewelry boxes and had everyone's name and my wedding date engraved on the top. EVERYONE loved them.
