Appearance.

Perky breasts cover a multitude of sins.

Hey Celestian, I see your point, but when you get a little older, you become more willing to admit to things like this.

It depends in which context. If you are a model, personality comes after appearance. If you are a Radio DJ, appearance is a non-entity and it's all about personality.

If it is based on a sexual relationship, appearance is very important. If it is a deep friendship, personality is going to be more desirable.

Anyone that disagrees that appearance or aesthetics are not important is just trying to come across as deep when really they come across as shallow to me. If we did not have visual beauty, we would only have inner beauty which is far more profound, yes but not more important. That's like saying the sunset is less important than someone's thoughts about sunsets. They are hand in hand. You cannot have one without the other.

Is the mona lisa famed for her appearance or her personality?
Does her appearance evoke thought. Yes. So if it were not for her appearance we would not think about the deepness of beauty.

Well, Laura. (haha, LOVE your name!)
I think that personality is way more important.
It is the type of person you are. The person who people are around, the person who you will continue to be and how people could trust you. Apperance is just apperance and nothing more. It si what you look like. Apperance changes and it means nothing. Yeah, people look at you, but its not important. You could be beautiful and the meanest person to be around. Which would you prefer? Pretty and dressed with nice clothes or amazing person with great kindess?

Aww the high school days, just wait until you graduate. You will look back and say those were some good times, but at the same time you will remember just how stupid high school is. Don't worry about relationships and stuff right now, your going to change so much your first year out of high school. Trust me, popularity will instantly become a thing of the past. And when you finally meet someone who truly cares about you, well she won't know or care to know if you were Mr popular in high school. And with her beauty will only be skin deep.

Personally I think they are both important in a relationship. Who wants to spend their life with someone that is repulsive in appearance or is as dull as dirt?
I want it all! And I got it! Never settle for less than you deserve.

Neither. What's important is the inner beauty of the Holy Spirit shining like a bright loving light for all to see.

Personality!
You can be the most attractive, well-dressed, cleanest person and be the most conceited, ill-mannered, most bigoted person in the world.
OR
You can be the ugliest, most diseased, filthy, poorly dressed person, but will help anyone who needs it and be there to listen and help anyone.
Never judge a book by it's cover, you will probably be wrong.
