Attend a college or university for 4 years or so and get a degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE), then get a job as a Civil Engineer and you will be one.

You need to take calculus and sciences on high school and take a civil enginerring course at a university or college. You will probably need an over 80 average

You need a bachleor's degree in civil engineering (BSCE).
