It appears like you have "athlete's foot" or ringworm of the feet. The infection comes out for some people in winter as you have to wear heavy clothing to keep warm. The fungi (dermatophytes) that causes athlete's foot thrive in warm, moist areas - like in your feet or in between your toes - if you have to wear heavy socks and shoes all the time.
The condition is easily cured though, and responds well to home care ringworm treatment. Over the counter medication you can use is Tinactin. (Other agents available are Monistat, Lotrimin, Lamisil). Wash and clean your feet thoroughly and allow to dry. Apply a thin layer of the cream twice a day. The itching should be gone in 2-3 days and the fungal infection in 2-4 weeks.
Remember, ringworm is contagious, so don't scratch it or you risk spreading the infection to other parts of your body or to other family members. For more information about ringworm treatment please visit my source.

Since it is itchy that means probally athletes foot. IN winter you wear thicker clothes to keep warm probally more socks and better warmer shoes. If you wear two pairs of socks wear one. Get an athletes foot cream and use that get the spray spray into your shoes/boots. Also maybe you just get really dry try lotions. Also if your feet sweat try baby powder or foot powder in the boots

It is probably from a hot shower or bath drying out your skin. If they get all red and itchy, lotion will usually solve the problem.

That sounds like athlete's foot. Use something like Gold Bond foot powder, and wash down your tub a lot with something like bleach or Lysol to keep the infection from returning.
If the itching doesn't stop, see a dermatologist.
Good luck!

You have dry skin. Try putting on a moisture rich lotion before bed and then put socks on over it. The lotion will soak in over night and it should be better in the morning.
If the problem persists, see a doctor, you might have a fungal infection.

Sounds like you may have chilblains. If this is the case, I have just been debating with my O/H whether I should tell you the cure. Of course, see your pharmacist and get some of advice on the best treatment. The other (dont laugh) is to pee on your feet, allow to dry and leave overnight, washing it off in the morning. (old fashioned Norfolk remedy aparently) I think I'd probably go with the pharmacist.
