I do NOT reccomend diet pills unless your Dr. prescribed them!

Ask your parents to schedule you for a visit with a registered Dietition.

In order to lose weight and keep it off you have to chnage your lifestyle ( eating & Exercise habits)

That is the healthiest & most permanant way to safely lose weight.

Your best option is to seek the guidanc eof a health care proefessional such as a weight loss clinic in partnership with an RD .

Diet pills can be unsafe for certain populations and they do NOT replace proper eating and exercise, in Some case they can supplement a program Prescribed by A medical Professional.

How old are you?

Diet pills alone aren't really going to help you if you're 298 pounds. So, I wouldn't waste my money if I were you. Why not join Weight Watchers or another thing like that? Or buy some healthy diet books or join a gym?
