Any age can obtain a state identification card. You just need two forms of official identification... usually your birth certificate and social security card.

It used to be 16 decades ago because states didn't assign social security numbers until that age.

Hi, baby's get their social security number (an I.D.) at birth, you may have one. Anyways, your birth certificate is an ID. Were you born here, is the question. If so, your parents have 1 already, no doubt.

At 18 years, a person can already det a US ID.
