First cut the tips off the wings. then soak them in salt water for an hour or more, then take them out and rinse and then put some lemon pepper seasoning on them along with salt and pepper and let them sit in the fridge for an hour or more, then coat them in seasoned flour (salt and pepper in the flour) let this sit again in the fridge for at least 2 hours. This will allow the flour to form into a sort of batter like. You can skin the wings if you like or leave the skin on. I skin mine in order to allow more flavor to the meat. Good Luck.

Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings

1 lb chicken wings
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, amount of seasoning is a personal preference (here in canada i use mccormicks brand)

1. deep fry chicken wings until done.

2. place cooked wings in brown paper bag, or glass bowl, sprinkle on lemon pepper. Make sure to do this when wings are hot out of deep fryer.

Chicken Wings With Lemon and Cracked Pepper

12 large chicken wings
1 large lemon
5 bay leaves
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons flaked sea salt

1. Put the wings in a roasting dish and squeeze the lemon juice over them.

2. Cut up what's left of the lemon and tuck it in between the wings with the bay leaves.

3. Crack the peppercorns in a mortar until they've been bashed into small but chunky pieces.

4. Mix with the olive oil and then toss with the chicken and lemon.

5. Scatter the salt flakes over the chicken.

6. Roast in a hot oven for 40-45 minutes, turning once.

7. The chicken should be golden and sticky.

you can use a lemon pepper seasoning. shake it on and let the wings sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours. or, you can marinate them in some olive oil, lemon juice,pepper and a bit of oregano over night.
