Call the number that is on the wormer. It could be an overdose from that. Is she eating and drinking normally? I know that some of the otc puppy wormers are only for puppies that are over 4 months old and some are for 6 but still say safe for puppies on them.

Call a vet, at least. There must be an emergency vet somewhere in your general area, and someone will talk to you and tell you whether it's urgent or if it can wait til tomorrow.

Yes, that is a possibility if that is the only thing that has changed. Bichons have a sensitive stomach so I would call a vet ASAP.

I would take her to the vet. She could have parvovirus. Young dogs can't tolerate being sick for very long as they can quickly become hypoglycemic. If you have an ER near you, I'd take her there.
