Are you asking permanent magnets or electro magnet. Braces are usually made from stainless steel and is not a ferrous metal, so no. If you wrap a ton of wire around the braces and add a small electrical charge you might have an electro magnet.

noooo my mom did that a few days ago and her teeth all came out

now she looks like a granny with no teeth :(
