take ground beef.. chuck..or hamburg and place in bowl.. add package of dry lipton onion soup..mix... blend together.... then shape into round patties . thickness can vary ... from thin macdonald type patties.. or make them thick. sprinkle the fry pan lightly with pinch of salt....distribute evenly in fry pan. burgers make their own grease. do not add any. . place on medium heat. and put patties in pan. as they brown.. on one side.. keep pressing thick burgers especially and then turn over.. cook according to your taste.. but remember these days it is better to have all meat browned inside.

Take about 6-8 ounces of ground beef, add ground black pepper to it, mash it together with your hands to form a round flat shape. Place on a metal plate and sprinkle with black pepper and garlic powder. Turn on your oven to 400º and when it is hot, place the metal plate in the oven and set the timer for 10 minutes. When the 10 minutes is up, turn the patty(ies) over and cook another 10 minutes. When that 10 minutes is up, turn to broil and broil for 3 minutes. DONE!!
If you have frozen veggies for dinner, you can put them in a pot with cold water and a lid and turn the stove on to medium when you put the hamburger first in the oven. The veggies and meat will be done at the same time. When the veggies start to boil, turn the heat down to low for 5 minutes and then turn them off. Drain the veggies, add butter and black pepper and you are ready for your meal!
If you are having a bun with it, then put on your favorite condiment (mayonnaise, Thousand Island Dressing, mustard, catsup, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, whatever) and enjoy.
