Hey i started to frolic recently for those of you that don't know its like dancing a type of dancing with your feet like crazy moves and stuff,
anyways i was taught by people blah blah blah so i started to practice these moves the first day i started to practice the next day my feet started to hurt.

They hurt in the area not on the step part but top part of the foot both right and left so i was wondering if any of you think its cause of the moves and if it will be like that always when i try to frolic or is like just cause im knew and my feet are not use to the strain.

Please help me out thx.

all my friends are idiot frolicers, if you're doing it for girls, most hate it so give up. if you're doing it for yourself, then your feet will get used to it and after a couple of weeks, your feet will be fine.

It sounds like muscle strain to me because of not being used to the exercise but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
