Have you thought about therapy? I'd try it if I were you.

May I give you some daily scriptures? Please open your heart to receive Christ's unconditional all forgiving love-
just remember it was on the Cross in a totally beaten and dying condition that Jesus said Father forgive them;
I will start with Exodus 15:16, followed by Exodus 23:25, then Deuteronomy 7:14 and 15
Psalm 91
ask your Heavenly Father to forgive you and heal you and give you grace to forgive

You appear to be going through something that you or someone else has done that is terribly difficult to get over, to forgive and go on. God is with you through all of this, the Holy Spirit is with you, but when you have taken the road of this kind of deep anger, sadness and/or pain, you can not really hear or feel the Spirit "whispering" the way to your soul.

Whatever it is that has happened, you might need to give yourself more time to take the emotional steps needed to really be on the road to recovering. There really are actual steps that one has to take.

The feeling of being forgiven is realized in your life to the extent you have been able to forgive others. Being sincere about learning how to separate the sin from the sinner is a beginning phase of forgiving either yourself or others. Knowing that God forgives them and forgives you should also put a little wind in your sails: if you are beating yourself up too much God is not pleased with that kind of behavior you know... You are God's child, and if God forgives you, shouldn't you work on forgiving yourself, for example? Not being able to forget is common. In time whatever it is will fade, and if you can not forget some tragedy or horriffic event in this part of your life, you certainly will have plenty of time to forget all about it in eternity.

Not being able to love is also the sign you have been very hurt and this is something God can handle with you, too. No problem is ever too big for God. Nothing.

Give it to him and ask him to help your heart open up and be loving again. Seek the truth and you will find it.

It may be good for you to go to a minister for some private counseling, or you could go to a friend, or other clergy person.

In reality everything we feel and think is of our own choosing, our actions and our reactions are ours to learn to control and deal with every event of our lives. We sometimes say things like "I can't help it"... and we really can't because we haven't had any experience in some things, especially when something horrible has happened. We don't always know how we will react to some things. But knowing that in all of everything in life, Jesus is here, God is here and The Spirit is here guiding us, helping us and teaching us the way, is certainly enough to get us started on the road to healing. It's faith in yourself that appears to be missing, my friend.

You can do it. And in every chapter of your life, they are there with you cheering you on; and the spirit within is saying "this is the way"...

You'll soon be feeling again! Don't doubt, because you want to, you will.

You're in my thoughts and prayers...

I find when I used to feel like that, I would get on my knees and talk to God... repent of what I may have done and then take a hold of the forgiveness made freely available thru Christ... then I spend time just giving thanks to God... worship Him, praise Him...

Focus on His goodness... function in His grace. The Word tells us to acknowledge every good thing, so thank Him for all the great things in your life. The shadows can't be seen when you are looking into Light.

Email me if u want, love to hear from u!

Take care, God bless

Start with a coming out prayer to God.
Reveal all of your sins to Him and ask for forgiveness. Also ask him for guidance and protection, and help to put you on the right path.
Afterwards, you can try reading your Bible, or looking up some more information on God to learn more about Him.
There are a lot of inspiring Christian/Gospel songs out there that you can listen to so that you don't get discouraged when times are bad. =)

Dear Father,

On this blessed Sabbath day, the one which You rested on and the one by which we also rest and worship you, hear my prayer for this beloved soul of Yours. Send Him Your Holy Spirit, so that the fire of Your glory be reignited in him. Send him healing, and most of all, send him forgiveness. Let him know that despite anything he's ever done, and anything that's ever been done to him, that Your mercy is always there. Even is he does not love himself, assure Him that in Your eyes, he is still Your beautiful, blessed son. I pray this in Jesus' sacred name, Amen.

Holy Mother, pray for us.

I recommend that you listen to two particular songs right away:

Hide by Joy Williams
There's Only Grace by Matthew West

There's nothing you need to do. God is meeting you right where you are. I hope the message of these two songs helps you.

Forgiveness comes with peace and understanding, understand that our trials define us, and we must make peace with ourselves to realize that the Holy spirit gave us those trials to make us a better person, I believe that he/she communicates through man's speech, so I will try to comfort you. (I've had many trials and am now closer to God than ever)

I think we all have skeletons in our closets, no matter how big or small they are.

Have a serious talk with God and find some good scripture that addresses your problem.

In truth I think we are all ashamed of at least part of our lives. You just have to keep moving forward. Every second is a new one.

Remove this sort of thought out of your brain, and seek God's help. You will be fine!
