Ok i am 15..
ONe day i tried doing 5 pull ups
and suddenly when i hit the 5th one my head hurts so much .. itsl ike being pound by a giant rock like 50 times.. I stood still and tried to let the pain go away.

After that day.. when i do pushups or sit ups .. the pain keep coming back.

Now even when i shake my head .. i feel that pain again?

what should i do

I get that too. It's a lot of pressure in your head. I'm not sure what causes it or how to prevent it all together except for avoiding those exercizes.

Try Tylenol and if that doesn't work, call your doctor. Maybe you sprained something.
