I did 30 days in jail for being an accessory to breaking into a house and on probation now.
Friday I was arrested for shoplifting and and also they charged me with invading arrest becuse they had to run after me.
My Parole Officer called and told me to come see him tomorrow - He did not say anything over the phone about the arrest - Has he already found out?
I was thinking of asking him to double my probation and give me community service but don't send me to jail. We do talk alot and I get along with him.
What will he decide?

Being on parole and getting two violations will probably end up with you in jail. The parole officer has no say in this since you will need to go to court. A judge will decide. In some States, fleeing police is a felony.
