Try your local home improvement store. They also have paint that has been returned due to the wrong color and you can buy them at a very reasonable cost.
Good Luck with your business!

Your user name should help you with your question. There is no such thing as cheap "good quality" paint. Here's the deal. Cheap paint requires more coats to achieve the desired finish, and therefore you end up spending the same amount of dough, and twice the amount of time as you would have had you purchased good paint. So, what have you saved? nada, if you're time is worth anything, you actually end up spending more. Oh and you'll also be repainting more often, more good money after bad.

Ha Ha Ha
you want Cheap paint
and you want Good Quality paint
sorry, it ain't in the same tin
there is an alternative, although B&Q paint is very opaque and covers well. Try looking in yellow pages and go where the trade goes, you will find them on industrial estates, not on the high street

Cheap paint is just what it is cheap paint. I would look at more expensive or mid quality paint at discount prices. Such as Dulux, Crown or Johnsons.
Goes on better and does a better job

if your in the decorating game you should know where to get your paint, I'm in the trade and wouldn't dream of using anything other than dulux or crown, "cheap trade good quality paint" what the hell is that, every job Ive ever been on the spec sheet has stated dulux or crown not your bargain basement crap, glad I'm not on your books i would have to supply all my own materials

Platform ( biulders Merchants) sell very good emulsion paints in 20 litres tubs. Good quality and reasonable prices.Any gloss paints will be more expensive now due to the rise in oil prices as will exterior masonary paint.

I use Walmart brand semi-gloss so I can only speak for its quality. It's not as shiny as other semi-gloss paints and it's easily washable. I use it in every room of my house as I don't like a flat finish because it gets chaulky.

i've always enjoyed using the dutch boy brand from wal-mart. it seems to cover well and roll on nice...without getting globby like other thicker paints.
