I really wanna slim my thighs and waist done. I currently weigh 133 lbs but my ideal weight is 122lbs. The think is I can't change my diet alot because my mum thinks I'm stupid for wanting to lose weight. So she can't find out. Is there any excerises I can do ?

Try eating more fruits and veggies in place of other fatty meals, like junk food, cookies, or high calorie meals. If your mom is watching you eat, eat what you want, just eat less. Or give some to the dog (ha-ha).

Incorporate more exercise into your daily life. Take the dog for a 20 minute walk, do jumping jacks while watching TV, do laps around the block, or the house for that matter. Don't let yourself sit down for too long.

And don't eat out of boredom! It's a nasty habit to break, TRUST ME. Whenever you feel like eating, watch a movie with no commercial breaks so you don't have time to get up, call a friend, read a book or magazine, or get out of the house, away from the food.

I recently lost weight, about 20 lbs, and what really helped for me was planning my meals. I planned when and what I was going to eat, and made sure the calorie count was 1400. And don't let yourself stray from your plan.

And don't "DIET". Because the moment you go off your "diet", you'll regain the all the weight you lost quickly, believe me. Instead, make "healthy living choices."

And allow yourself a cheat day every now and then. Life is too short!

yes...one that will RAISE your metabolism and keep you healthy and get those slimmed legs and waist is CARDIO. i do the elliptical for an hour every day!! unless i am sick. and then i do the bike for 30 minutes. so combined thats an hour and half of cardio. i just started doing this and i already noticed my legs more muscular and toned! i love it! and it may sound like a lot but if you are really motivated you can do it. make it hard also. go on levels between 9-15. make sure you go on a good speed. and have it set on random so your not stuck doing the same level the whole time. what i do is make a good track for my ipod with good music. then i play that while im working out and the beat gets me going. i do 5 minutes of moderate, then 5 minutes of intense...where it burns! then i repeat it until my hour is up. and then i move onto the bike and do the same. and stretch also!! i swear cardio is the best thing for you!

Yes, choose any ones that you like as long as they are vigorous and take your heart rate up to 70-85% of the predicted maximum for your age, for minimum 30 minutes 5 times a week.

get up early 2 skip brekkie... skip lunch at scool and only eat the food your mum gives you. you will cut down on a loada calories. go for a fun before or after scool 2 or something x
