You did not say what nerves you are concerned about.
But in general, keeping your weight near average without putting on a lot of fat or muscle. Remember, nerves do not grow. When you put on a lot of weight, be it fat or muscle, you put a stretch on nerves and they have less room to maneuver when a "pinch" arrangement occurs.
As far as correcting the problem, surgery is pretty much the only way to "cure" the problem. Other treatments are just treating the symptoms.

Sometimes pinched nerves cannot be prevented. The best way to prevent any injury though is to keep yourself in good shape physically and then if you get a pinched nerve your muscles will be strong enough to do the physical therapy necessary to correct the pinched nerve.

You cannot 'prevent' pinched nerves? They can get pinched, caught for many reasons beyond our control unless you remain immobile! Yes they are a real pain and difficult to release depending on the reason, disc, muscle inflammation, the list is endless.

You are burdened.... testosterone is a hormone. You don't lose testosterone whilst you masturbate. so, no you don't lose whatever whilst you masturbate. And masturbation has no poor have an effect on on muscle progress. If that had been precise all teenage boys might be thin tiny weaklings with out a force whatever.

Massage, acupuncture, or a combination of both, and believe it or not, warm baths in minerals helps, such as Epsom salt.
