You don't prove that there is no heaven you only believe that there is.
This controversy has been a battle between atheists, science and Christians alike.
The truth is that no man on earth right now can go back one million years and tell you what happened, they only speculate.
Were talking about a very intrinsic formation of earth and heaven and the spirit is very much alive today, but few have ever witnessed the spirit much less talk to it, but keep in mind that it's your belief that will carry you through the burden of life.
The spirit can appear to you in a fog form with no sound or smell. You can only witness this magnificent apparition.

since people who believe in heaven don't go there until death, and once your dead you can't really come back and tell people things, well unless you talk to ghosts, anyway since the dead don't really talk and they are the only ones who would truely know there really isn't a way to prove or disprove heaven....it's based on faith..
or you know they say perception is reality so what you perceive to be is what is real ( at least for you) so if you don't believe in heaven for you there is no heaven, if you do believe in heaven then I guess for you there would be heaven.

You don't prove a negative. Leave it up to the people claiming that there is a heaven to prove it.
As far as getting them to see your perspective, though, ask them to prove that there isn't an invisible, totally silent leprechaun living under their bed.

Poke a stick at it. That usually works for me.
Oh, no heaven..well the only way to prove that something isn't there is to be everywhere in the universe including all the dimensions at every time; past, present and future. If you see there's no heaven then well there is no heaven. But the best way to prove there is no heaven is with basic common sense.

The same way you prove that there is no Red Rock Candy Mountain.
Until someone can provide evidence for it, its fine to assume non-existence.

...on the "day" you step into eternity and have not accepted the Salvation of God that has been offered to you, you will instantly find out that there is no Heaven. Choose "this" day to whom you will serve... as for me and my house, I'll serve the Lord...
