Her husband was murdered in The Phillipines but she has a fortune she needs to get out of the country. If I help her she will give me 15%.
I really feel I couldn't take so much from a woman who has suffered so much.
What would be a fair commission?

$25,000 cash, paid in advance, and then negotiate 10% when the deal is done.

That's what I always tell them. For some reason I never hear back though..................
