If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.
1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

While calcium is great at strengthening bones, there's really nothing anybody can do to make themselves any taller than their genes will allow. She still has several years of growing left, so tell her to be patient and time will tell.

Focus on eating six or seven smaller meals during your day instead of three or four larger ones. Consuming large meals with a high glycemic index forces the body to release a high amount of insulin into the system to aid with digestion. This reaction not only forces your body to store fat, it may also inhibit the flow of the growth hormone being released throughout your bloodstream. Instead, make a point of consuming other low-sugar foods that will prevent the release of insulin.
The crossover between what you need to stay healthy and what you need to release more growth hormone doesn't stop with eating smaller meals and getting enough shut-eye. All of the same factors that need to be in place for a healthy lifestyle still hold true. Training right, eating right, sleeping right and keeping your stress to a minimum will not only keep you healthier, they will foster the type of environment that encourages the anterior pituitary gland to do its job. Deficits in any of these areas will only slow down how well your body functions as a whole, which in turn slow down the amount of growth hormone that is being continually pumped into your system.

The kind of foods to lose weight after long stages of being obese and the proper food to gain height after 21 are actually kind of similar. It should always be the right dosage of the proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals. Always keep in mind; it is not enough to eat the right food but also to eat the right volume, no more, no less.

Sorry, but short of breaking your legs at the growth plates, then stretching yourself on callipers (and you'd have to be smegging insane to do that) you can't influence your height - it's locked into your DNA that you will grow to a certain height.
Sorry. Eating a generally healthy and balanced diet will simply ensure you reach your full potential, if that's any help - malnutrition can prevent this happening.

What you want and what you get as far as height, penis size and breast size, are different things, and beyond your control. All three are genetically determined at the moment of conception, and besides breast size, which can be increased by obesity , what you see is what you get!
Height can be reduced from your predetermined maximum by malnutrition, disease, injury and toxins, but it cannot be increased. Growth may stop anywhere between 14 and 20 years.

Meat , dates, milk , egges
but farmore important that ur body must be in active and in growing mode. For that keep doing some exercise or some sporting activity.
So that the diet u eat will become part of body and help u to grow taller and stronger.

How much is 1.77m anyways?
anyways I think you should start eating more vegtables, they can make you grow and be strong, drink lots of milk, 1 glass every day.
Dont eat too much beef, i mean you can im just saying.
But really you grown by yourself, nothing really makes you grown, your body just does.
So, if you dont grown dont worry, but i dont think you will grown anymore, your 17! You usually stop growing around 13-15, so yea

I think that your height is genetically predetermined - but don't worry, you sound quite tall enough to me! You can emphasise your height if you want by standing up straight.
