Somtimes I get such severe hunger pains that my stomach feels so cramped it's hard to stand up straight. It happened again last night. I wasn't feeling all that hungry at 5 o'clock, but by 7 I wanted to curl up in a ball the pain was so bad. It came on really fast too. I never felt the normal I should eat now hunger, it went straight to the why oh why did I not eat already. Then when I did get to a restaurant to have something to eat, eating only made the cramps worse. It was to the point that I couldn't put any more food in my mouth and I had tears in my eyes.
I'm at a loss for what to think. This seems unusual to me. No-one else I know gets this way.
