If you're in a fended bender, but it doesn't cause any damage to either car or to either person. Do you have anything to worry about?
There was no information collected or anything like that.

Well, you can ALWAYS worry that they're going to change their mind and come back at you, if you caused the accident, for whiplash, medical bills, or find damage to the bumper like scratches.

As mentioned it depends on State Laws. Where I live if the damage is less than $500 (Old law), it not need reported. It up to the individuals. But, for a safety measure, I would exchange information and both sign a release from damages. May have a witness sign if they will. Way scam bags are today, they may say it OK and later the Police come to your house saying it was a hit and run.
I remember once a lady backed into my Truck and bent the tailgate real good. She was devastated! I laughed and said not worry about it as I was going to buy a 5th Wheel Camper Tailgate anyway, so, why make it a big deal.

Yes. You have to worry that they might lie and say that there was damage to them or their car. Even if you did not collect any information, they might have recorded your license plate number when you were not looking or taken your photograph with their cell phone.

Well, if you didn't exchange information and there was no damage, then I would consider myself lucky. There is nothing to worry about. The police weren't called, no one was hurt, and there were no damages. It was almost as if the accident never happened. Rest easy, there is nothing to worry about.

WELL WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN IS THAT THE OTHER PERSON COULD REPORT YOU AND SAY THAT IT WAS A HIT AND RUN.

THEN YOUR INSURANCE WOULD GO UP BUT THE MAIN THING WOULD BE THAT THE POLICE WILL BE RINGING YOUR DOOR BELL AND ARRESTING YOU.

ALWAYS GET A POLICE REPORT FOR YOUR PROTECTION.

AS FOR WHAT TO DO NOW, CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE THIS DOCUMENTED ON FILE AGAIN FOR YOUR PROTECTION.

Question... what would you be worying about? The other person does not know who you are and there was no damage.

I guess you _could_ still worry about almost anything.
