My advice is first decide where. Then get online, to see what help is available.

it depends on where you are going to get married. my husband and I got married on a public beach so we didn't have to do anything. We also had a very small wedding with 20 people there. Alot depends on where, when, and how many guests, and if you are going to have the reception there or not.

I will tell you it was the best thing we ever did. My sister got married a year before I did and I watched her go 100 miles an hour before the wedding she was so busy doing things that she really didn't get to take it all in.

Hi there and congratulations. Beach weddings are fun, informal and romantic, but if it is not your home town I would recommend you get somebody to help you with the planning as there are a few more considerations to a beach wedding as opposed to a church wedding.

You'd have to talk to the MD Government. Some places you cannot have a wedding on the beach without a permit, or you need a special permit for a certain amount of people.

I got married on the ocean but the restaurant had beachfront property and it was beautiful.
