As per science of acupuncture wind, heat, humidity, dryness and coldness are 5 energies that control our body functions.
In your case coldness energy is excessive. It is responsible for pains. Cold weather is increasing your coldness energy which has origine from kidney. Kidneys are related with bones, hence the pains.
Avoid cold things -food, water and surrounding wherever possible.
All hot things will help you.
Acupuncture will also help.

You might take a calcium supplement with Vitamin D. Don't give up on finding the cause just because a doctor can't find it. And I was 15 when arthritis found me. Fifty-one years later, I'm very mobility limited because everyone thought I was a "healthy farm girl" and there was nothing wrong.

we have the same problem.. i also experience them during cold days.. they say i lack calcium and potassium. i also asked for arthritis but they said not. sometimes i cant even control my toe fingers to get back to normal when they are like withering like plants..as if they dont have muscles at all..
i think we had just worn out our muscles... try to always relax them.. and b4 sleeping try to elevate ur legs for about 15 minutes while lying in ur back.. put some support for them of course..
