Forgive me, please, as I hadn't heard of the mahabarath before today. The Qur'an was written sometime after 630 AD, and I'm sure our Muslim readers could give you the exact date.
As for the Bible, some folks forget that it was written over a long period of time. The first five books (Genesis-Deuteronomy) date back to the time of Moses, about 1400-1240 BC. Other books were added as God saw fit to provide them. The New Testament started about AD 45 or so, with the Revelation being written about AD 90 or so. Let me encourage you to read as much as you can, and especially the Bible. This Book has a Living Author--the Lord Jesus Christ--Who gave His very life for people like us!

From Wikipedia:
Traditionally, Hindus ascribe the Mahabharata to Vyasa. Because of its immense length, its philological study has a long history of attempts to unravel its historical growth and composition layers. Its earliest layers date back to the late Vedic period (ca. 5th c. BCE) and it probably reached its final form in the early Gupta period (ca. 4th c. CE).
Pope Damasus I assembled the first list of books of the Bible at the Council of Rome in 382 AD. He commissioned Saint Jerome to produce a reliable and consistent text by translating the original Greek and Hebrew texts into Latin. This translation became known as the Latin Vulgate Bible and was declared by the Church to be the only authentic and official Bible.
The Qur'an did not exist as a single volume between two covers at the time of Muhammad's death in 632. According to Sahih al-Bukhari, at the direction of the first Muslim caliph Abu Bakr this task fell to the scribe Zayd ibn Thabit, who gathered the Quranic material "collecting it from parchments, scapula, leaf-stalks of date palms and from the memories of men who knew it by heart". (Bukhari 6:60:201).[38]. Copies were made, and as Islam expanded beyond the Arabian peninsula into Persia, India, Russia, China, Turkey, and across North Africa, the third Caliph, Uthman ibn Affan, in about 650 ordered a standardized version to be prepared to preserve the sanctity of the text and to establish a definitive spelling for all time. This remains the authoritative text of the Qur'an to this day
So we can see from the above quotes, that the finished version of the bible was assembled in 382AD, the Mahabharath was finished around the same time (4th century AD, It may not be possible to glean any more information than this). The Quran was the latest, being finished in 650 AD.

The Holy Bible. We can thank the Jewish People for recording so carefully the Word of God as they were inspired by the Holy Spirit to write. The prophesies of this great book have never not come true. It is the TRUTH of Almighty God.

First of all I would like to say that. Quran was not writted by anyone. It is the words of Allah revealed to Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) through His Angel Jibreal for whole of the mankind. So it is not written by any one. Some of the proofs are as below
"And indeed we have sent down to you manifest Ayat (these Verses of the Quran which inform in detail about the news of the Jews and their secret intentions, etc.), and none disbelieve in them but Fasiqoon (those who rebel against Allahs Command). "
( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #99)
"And if you (Arab pagans, Jews, and Christians) are in doubt concerning that which we have sent down (i.e. the Quran) to Our slave (Muhammad Peace be upon him ), then produce a Soorah (chapter) of the like thereof and call your witnesses (supporters and helpers) besides Allah, if you are truthful. "
( سورة البقرة , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #23)
Surely, we have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran) in truth that you might judge between men by that which Allah has shown you (i.e. has taught you through Divine Inspiration), so be not a pleader for the treacherous.
( سورة النساء , An-Nisa, Chapter #4, Verse #105)
And we have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran) in truth, confirming the Scripture that came before it and Mohayminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). So judge between them by what Allah has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you. To each among you, we have prescribed a law and a clear way. If Allah willed, He would have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so strive as in a race in good deeds. The return of you (all) is to Allah; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ.
( سورة المائدة , Al-Maeda, Chapter #5, Verse #48)
