When they say 2 weeks, does it matter if I wear them everyday? For example, if I open a pack and within the 2 weeks I only use them 4 or 5 times, should I throw them away and open a new pack? Or is it for 14 days of actual use of the lenses? Thanks for your help!

Yes, it is 14 days of wear.

If you wear them 4 days a week, they will be good for about 3 weeks. Be sure to change your solution the night before you want to wear them again, if they have just been sitting there for 3 or 4 days.

It's 14 days of actual use but my doctor told me if I'm meticulous, which I am, about cleaning them then I can make them last twice as long. So in other words, I get 6 months worth of contacts and they last me a year. I would definitely consult your own doctor first though. I use Acuvue also and I get them pretty cheap here http://www.acuvuecontactlens.info/ Hope this helps.
