I am 22, a female, living in Europe. I have had eczema when I was a baby, it went away after 5 years. About two years ago I was sick and had treatment which I believe has triggered the eczema again. It's been two years now that the treatment is over but I still have eczema. I tried moving accommodation, changing work place. I avoid eating nuts, sweets, sweet drinks, and anything spicy. It is true that I drink alcohol sometimes but it is only beer and I smoke (but my doctor said that it does not have such a major effect on eczema). I try not to stress, and use minimum medications such as steroids or corticoid creams.

Please help, I suffer most from eczema on my face, physically and mentally. My face is all red and blotchy. My eyebrows are falling out even though I try not to scratch them. I am often depressed and do not know what else to try to alleviate the symptoms or cure eczema.

Thank you very much in advance for your answer, A.

Try taking Evening Primrose Oil. I have Psoriasis and it has worked wonders for this. If you are in the UK, your GP can prescribe it!

Typically, skin conditions such as eczema have to do with poor dieting. Learn here https://tr.im/pRvru
Eczema food triggers such as eggs, fish, peanuts, and soy are known to help reduce flare-ups, but this can vary from person to person. These foods may also exacerbate eczema because many people cannot properly digest the proteins, which causes an allergic reaction.

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.

Hello there. I recomment that you should get and a cream/spray combo from http://www.champori.com It is herbal (steroid- and allergen-free) remedy and it cleared my eczema (hands and face) in just 2.5 weeks. I haven't had a relapse in more than a year now! This is by far the best thing that worked for me in the 8 years of my fight with eczema. Try it. (it comes with money back guarantee so there is nothing to lose)
Best,
Bernadette
