I just moved and brought my ceramic garlic roaster with me. But I cant find the directions anywhere! Mine looks like a garlic bulb. I remember Im supposed to soak it in water overnight and use olive oil, but I cant remember the temp or time to roast.

400 degrees F for about 20 minutes, although my mom always lets it stay in the oven, about 20 more minutes, after she turns oven off....
(to cool down ceramic roaster a bit.. a sudden change of temp can crack ceramic)

Place in the garlic baker, drizzle some olive oil, add a bit of salt and pepper on top. Bake at 375 for about an hour. Garlic should be soft and mild.
