in ACCA.My reasons for short attandance were that I had to move to another accomodation for few weeks as the property required some urgant repairs & remained inhabitable for a while. Secondly I just have to clear my final 3 papers of ACCA in December, while results due in Feb 08.
At present I'm thinking of hiring a lawyer to file my appeal. Moreover I'm in long relationship (since 2003) with my (British) girl friend & we were about to get married in coming April 2008!!!Things are looking a bit challenging, but i will really appreciate any input from you guys.Many thanks in advance.

I dont blame them, if I was going to give someone a scholarship they better get straight A's and not waste my money or I would take it away.

You answer your own question.The student Visa was given to you to study your performance was not good enough.The excuses are pathetic and suggest you have been spending too much time with your love life.What do you really expect and a Lawyer wont alter the situation for you.You can still get married but not in the UK and maybe you could live in your own country Ahhhhh.

You answer your very own question.the student Visa became given to you to learn your overall performance became no longer good adequate.the justifications are pathetic and advise you have been spending too plenty time which contain your love existence.What do you somewhat assume and a criminal expert wont regulate the situation for you.you gets married yet no longer interior the united kingdom and maybe you may desire to stay on your very own usa Ahhhhh.

Your visa extension was denied because of the facts, not the reasons behind them. I don't see how hiring an attorney could change the facts in your situation. Sorry.
