Can I bung it in the oven anyway? I'm really hungry and don't want to wait anymore!

If you're hungry then yes - but it may well be the last pork you eat - so be patient and wait a little longer - have piece of toast to tied you over.

No. Pork must be fully defrosted before cooking, or risk a stomach upset.
Have some toast and have the pork later.

As long as you make absolutely sure it is cooked all the way through!

You can do this by prodding it to the centre with a skewer or some such other device and if clear juices come out it will be properly cooked, any blood at all put it back in the oven.

run it under the cold tap for a while and that should help it defrost. I wouldn't cook it yet, undercooked pork can make you quite poorly

I wouldn't - pork is funny stuff. How about slicing it thrhough (thick slices) and putting it in like that? Then you can really see that its properly cooked.
