A woman was constantly rubbing herself to me, kissed me at the work place because she was going away, and when she came back surprised me at the parking lot. She invited me to her car according to her she has presents and souveneirs. She told me how was her vacation and all the know she was all over me. I was so numb i just sat there and she did all the work. Afterward, she said " this is ok, there is nothing wrong on this." I did not talk to her for weeks and she was almost 24 hrs calling me at my cell and crying. I later on found out that she did it because she wants her live partner to know that she has found someone else. The part side is I am legally married.

well the ques for ur ques is whether all this happened in front of some people that u may call as witnesses.
and what do u want the witnesses for?
a married man of strong character can resist such approaches. u didnt?!! making it possible to believe that u were also willingly involved in all this. do u think ur wife will take this as a reasonable explanation?

Yes, unfortunately, you need witnesses.

If you go off and tell anyone that she's doing this, all she has to do is say that it was you who started it, not her, and not only your marriage but your employment can be in extreme jeopardy.

If you tell her to stop, she could easily avenge her broken heart on you.

One of the sad truths about women is that the less-emotionally-mature of them really do believe quite forcefully that somebody around them should always be made to feel every bit as miserable as they are.

You really do need to get somebody who has no reason to know her to be in the parking lot for several of those occasions.

Chances are not all that good that your company will let you bring a private investigator in to watch how she behaves in your cubicle, but maybe there are some ways around that.

Good luck.

Oops. You don't want witnesses, you want to make sure you're not caught like a deer in the headlights with this lady again. For that, all you need to do is think. Think about your job (which would be jeopardized if this type of stuff continued), think about your wife (since you stressed the "legal" part I figure you're not together, but still married), and think about this live-in partner of hers whom you don't know but who could abruptly pop up out of nowhere demanding answers. No one wants drama on the job. So THINK....always.

you are in a dangerous situation...
talk to her, first,,, because if someone else finds out, they may run and tell

honest advice it to tell you are married, and you will not leave your spouse... and tell her until she totally leaves her partner, for good, you don't want to talk to her. You have to becareful because you already "spent time" with her, and now she is attached.... stalker She may just be heart broken and found someone she could love for a while. It might be her way of dealing with it. But you really need to talk to her, because if your spouse finds out,,,, bye bye paycheck, house, marriage, etc... now if her partner finds out you are looking at confrontation. I would tell her no more.

now the player side,,, keep going and keep the gifts

I don't know ,but that is clearly sexual harassment, you can just tell someone else from your place of work that and they pay more attention on what she is doing to you and then you will have witnesses to help you stop this, of course if you want it to stop
