GUYS... wad would you do in this situation?

If you have been crushin over a gal 4 over 6 months.. and she didnt return the feeling....and ur ex suddenly keeps sending you smses saying stuff like ,"pls come back 2 me?" and "i love you"... and then your crush starts to like you back but tells you to wait until the new year to start the relationship. .... wad would you do? (i have a good friend in this situation and want ot help... so any advice?)

What do you want to do? Going out with a person you like seems better than going out with someone you don't. Going out with your ex just for the sake of it would be using her, and that'll spoil your chances with your crush; not to mention it would be using her, and that isn't nice.

Better not get into it because as an individual you'll never be content with who you're with. Don't go for the ex because it just leads to more complications and if the crush wants to wait till the new year then she's not serious. For her it would just be a passing fad, like new year, new clothes, new look, new relationship and when the next year comes you might be dumped for someone else new.

Best is to leave it all behind and look for another person who you find yourself more compatible with and see that you can have a happier lasting relationship. Don't be used as a tool.

I just leave......the both of them. There are many other girls out there. Yup, the crush sure sounds like a player or she just likes the attention. I would never go back to my ex. Called it EGO or Whatever, once it's broken it can never be fix like it used to be.
