make sure you're eating enough in a day and are well hydrated. we should drink 8, 8 ounce glasses of water a day and have 3 meals with snacks in between. think about the time of day when you're tired most...has it been a while since you've eaten? try a high energy snack (nuts, healthy carbs...)
