n me n this lad were getting along really well n i felt so comfortable around him.
n by the end of the night we kissed.x
I felt like i really liked him.
but then i found out the next dayy that he had a girlfriend!! x

What's there to do? He has a girlfriend, period. Until that changes he should be considered off limits. (In fact, he should be off limits anyway, because if he was YOUR boyfriend, you'd have to concern yourself with whether or not he was out kissing some other girl....he's a bad relationship risk.) Don't complicate your life....it'll get that way on its own with little help from you.

if you really like him, then go with your gut, ask for his number,
if he was willing to kiss you, that shows how the relationship with his girlfriend is going.
i say go for it, and see what happens, if HE tells you himself he is not interested, then stop.
but for now, go get his number and meet up again or something.
