Yes..

It is possible to call the police station and ask for a certain cop to come for assistance alone.

But they may not send that cop just because of the request. Two reasons. First, if you need help you should not be picky as to who provides it. Second, that probably will sound like a set up for that one particular cop. You got something against him?

In most areas, if budget constraints permit it, police officers work in teams; one will not show up without the other. This is for their own safety.

If you're involved in an ongoing investigation, etc., you can call and explain that a particular officer is/has been handling your case and you'd prefer to meet with him/her as a matter of convenience to the police and, consequently, you'd stand a good chance of that officer being the one to visit you, but Still expect the officer to show up with a partner.

"Hi, I'm 6'5" and 325 lbs, and I'd like John Smith to come to see me, alone"
Don't be suprised if John has a SWAT team outside ready to come in as back up

Why don't you try it and find out? Maybe it will work out.

Oh, wait... you cower behind an anonymous internet site to grind your axe instead of being man enough to try it in person.

And if you are that hard up for some alone time with another man, there are bars that cater to that sort of thing, so I hear.

You can ask, but they are gonna wonder why. And they are gonna be suspicious of your intent....You didn't mention a reason but you did make a point of highlighting your size. Sooo.....They probably have a reason to be suspicious. Bet you get more cops than you bargain for if you call.
