I don't know but instead of spending money on a preschool you could probably spend alot less at toyrus and buy learning tools and a vtech or a vflash its a video game system that teaches kids while they're playing a game isn't it great?

instead of a pre school, you might consider setting her in front of a computer and going to starfall.com where she can get a better head start on learning than in a preschool. I will give you a link for that.
