Playing music on win media player has become a problem since the songs can not be played normally. They either don't play without interruptions or they just "freeze" making this awfull sound of a "cd skipping" which causes the entire system to freeze. The start up of windows takes much longer than it did before this started happening with the media player. Is this a hardware or a software problem?
Thanx a lot

i think you will update your windows media player so it will be able to play more audio or video or you will download a software that can play the format you want to play ex. flv player

It could be either,
Windows media players are of course Entry Level and are fair at best. I suggest you try to download VLC and make it your default Media Player, and you will see the results for yourself.
