The other answers here are very good. It's also possible that you have vertigo coming from the back of your neck. That's why whenever you move your head you feel everything spending. See your medical doctor as soon as possible, because there are medications that will help stop vertigo.

Most times this relates to inner ear problems. See a doctor.

You have an inner ear disorder. You should see a doctor, they only get worse with no care and then you can really be in a bad way.

Sounds like a balance problem in your inner ear. Get your ears checked out asap!

you may have a middle ear infection. or just some water on your ear . another thing is that you should have your blood pressure checked.
other then that i would not worry about it
