The real answer to this is probably. In some cases however they still allow burning of leaves branches, and natural yard waste. No garbage what-so-ever. You also have to keep a screen over the top of your burn barrel.

Again...that's just some areas. Best to check with your local fire department for the correct burn ban laws for your area.

I live in that state that had the worst first this year...Idaho. Most people think it's California, but our fires this year were about three times larger that the big ones in CA.

If you are using a burn barrel, BE CAREFUL. You don't want to have to be trying to re-pay the cost of putting out a rangefire!

Could be. If there's a ban on burning, no "drought" in my mind that would include burn barrel.

Can't believe how many people just have to burn what ever on a WINDY day with gusts 30-35 miles an hour. Don't think burn drought barrel would be advised.

CHECK WITH FIRE WARDEN ................................................

Hope you're not burning in burn droughyt barrel near me during drought burning barrel season!!
