Whoa, calm down. You need some meds... Everything is ok. Ask for forgiveness. Repent and try very hard not to do it again. You should really talk to a Doctor and get some medicine. Seems like you're really suffereing. Life is not supposed to be like this. Seriously, get some help. God luck and God always loves you. Just ask for forgiveness and know this.

Do you truly believe you are a Christian?
If you do then don't internalize what you do not want to have come out of your mouth. To give your self the pleasure of thinking such thoughts as you would not speak degrades your integrity. Who you express your self to be on the outside should reflect the kind of person you are reaching to become in your innermost being.
As you strive for purity of heart you will find that your mouth will follow suit.
Trust in God's forgiveness.

It's part of our nature... Sometimes it's Satan that puts the bad thoughts in our heads and we just keep on thinking about it... I went through a really negative and guilty stage about everything. But had to change my thinking and God has helped me so much. At times I do get a bad thought, but I really try to put it a way and pray to God, ask for help and forgiveness. I used to be a really anxious and nervous person, especially getting up on front of people, but God has really helped me.

God is really forgiving God, He knows your heart... The harder part is forgiving ourselves...

Blaspheme is Dishonor God on purpose.

Stop worrying about it.
You're fine, from a religious perspective. You really shouldn't obsess about personal morality like that. You should be concerned with how you treat others - that's what matters.

Dear friend,
firstly, I am proud of you for realising and wanting to address an issue as such.
But your question has 2 aspects that you need address ... firstly, if you believe or have been diagnosed with anxiety or OCD, then there are medications and treatments for it and there is no shame in doing so because it is just an illness, like having a headache or the flu.
secondly, in regards to your blasphimey, yes that is wrong. And the fact that it is nagging you, is obviously your concious being moved by God's Holy Spirit calling for you to repent and continue to struggle against that sin till you rid yourself with it. This, its nature is spiritual illness, and only God can heal that, again, no shame in it, because we are all sinners and we all seek spiritual perfection ... so yes, repentace and confession of your sin is vital, and pray that God strengthen you against it and, in time through His grace, you will prevail over it (oh, and saying in your mind is no different to saying it out loud...just FYI).
So have hope in God's mercy and love for you and be Graced by His loving forgiveness, and closely related, with faith too, He will heal your mental illness too (If in fact you are sick).
God bless you my friend, I have been touched by your simplicity of faith and Love for God and your desire to please and love him. Pray for me that He gives me the same faith he gave you.
God Bless.
