Neither of the options given will work well, system restore only works for settings. Download a program called "FreeUndelete" then you can scan for deleted files and recover them. The start>run wont allow you to see deleted items, it just runs other programs and commands.

Do you've further drives? What i'd do is get an exterior force (you get a 2 TB one for much less then $2 hundred) and shop all of your videos there. Or burn your videos on DVDs and sparkling area on the C force. For now run disk cleanup application and then disk difragment. it is going to launch some area yet no longer too a lot.

Use System Restore, in All Programs > Accessories > System Tools, to restore your PC to the day before you deleted them.
