Whenever I listen to music, I start to dance and when I dance something happens to me. I feel like someones watching me. I feel so relaxed and so happy about myself. I cant see them but I know they are their. I feel like they're cheering me on, maybe even dancing with me. I dont know how to explain it.... hmm... You know whenever you sing in the shower? You feel like your on a stage or you have the best voice in the world!! Well thats what it feels like when I think someone is watching me.
Could someone actually be watching me or is this just what happends when you become really relaxed?

That's your spirit guide watching you and making sure you dont trip and fall while you're dancing.

This could very well be a friendly spirit, possibly of someone who died, and was close to you. People ussually come in contact with spirits in their sleep, when their spirit will often leave their body, travel in the spiritual realm, only to return before they wake. Dreams can seem really real, because they often are, but in the spiritual realm. If one starts focusing more on looking for things to happen in your dreams, they will, or you will notice it more. A lot more about the spiritual is going to be known in the future, when we become more open to it.
