You should tell a counselor as soon as possible. This person has serious problems and you cannot take a chance that he will not get more violant. You have seen what happens these days, in schools etc. when hints about people are ignored. I would ask to remain anonymous if I were you, because I wouldn't want him to know I was reporting him.
Is this a large college? Cannot you stay away from him, way, way away from him. If not, start inquiring as to what other college you can go to. It may be worth your life.
First go to the counselor and make that the first move.

That's very scary. Staying clear is a good idea!
Do you have a counseling service at college? I'm sure they had stuff like that when I was in the US. If your grandmother tried to kill her husband she must have a probation officer or mental health social worker, your college counselors would be able to find this out and make them aware of your cousins behavior and the grandmothers influence. Maybe they can get him some help so he'll lay off you or at least apply a restraining order so you have some protection?
TALK TO SOMEBODY. Good Luck.x

That might be a good idea. Ask someone who works at the college that you trust, to tell you who you should go to, that will provide you some security and a piece of mind. You may have to get a restraining order. You'd be doing yourself a favor as well as others who have no idea how dangerous he is.

although all these answers are great and i agree completely with them all, i think you should also have something to guard yourself with. i carry mace around with me all the time just in case. even when you report this to the counselor, dean, security, police, and get a restraining order, there's not always going to be someone guarding you 24/7. if you truely feel threatened and take the following steps to report it, i suggest also investing in mace (or a taser if they allow it onto campus).

Without any loss of time, you should lodge a report with police. You should take help from your school authorities too.Relative or not, no one can take law in his own hands. Any attempt to kill you, or injure you or harm you in any way , or even to give you a threat ,cannot be condoned
